Riley Kurtz

A Montana native and proud graduate of Montana State University in Bozeman, Riley pursued his real estate license in May of 2020 and quickly realized it was exactly what he wanted out of a career. An education degree combined with a background in banking and lending parlayed perfectly into helping clients with all the various aspects and considerations when buying or selling real estate. When not assisting clients you'll likely find Riley trying to sneak in 9 holes at Bill Roberts or with his wife Annie chasing their oldest daughter up and down the walking mall. No matter the season, he's always eager to chat about your real estate dreams and ambitions!

Ryan Fetherston

A lifelong representative of East Helena, Ryan embodies all things Montana. A proud former #37 for the University of Montana football team, there isn't a town in Montana where you won't find someone who has had an interaction with Ryan. Always eager to lend a hand, he is the current board chair for the United Way of the Lewis & Clark Area, along with the booster club president for the East Helena High Vigilantes. He's also an active member of the Elkhorn working management group for the past 5 years. Depending on the season you're sure to find him picking elk sheds or with his bow in hand. With a background in teaching and coaching, Ryan loves helping others to reach their goals. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, invest, or just talk Montana - Ryan is your guy.

Julia Pharmer

Julia Pharmer is an Ohio native who has proudly called Helena home since 2019. After earning her degree in Political Science from Kent State University, she headed west and built a career as a paralegal focused on contract management. Her path into real estate started when her cousin and mentor, Riley Kurtz, needed a transaction coordinator to keep files organized behind the scenes. It was quickly clear her skill set was a natural fit, and within a few months of working with the team, Julia decided to earn her real estate license. Today she's grateful that the work lets her make real connections across her community, and she'd love to help you find your perfect place to call home. Outside of work, Julia spends her time with her wife and their (rather large) fur family. When they aren't chasing the pets around, she loves to travel, craft and create art, visit coffee shops, thrift, and exercise. Montana has been wonderful to her, and she can't wait to share everything this community has to offer.
